Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is unworn.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
